(Nabi Ibrahim a.s dan anaknya Nabi Ismail a.s).
Siap dengan mark-up harga tu.

8 Habits...
Eight habits, or skills if you want, you should consider to improve your human relationships, they’re not part of the latest business fad or something like that, these skills don’t go out of style or out of date, whether in business or in your personal life.
Leaders of every level in the corporate ladder and in every industry have practiced at least some of these skills. As the leader of your team, check them all and consider how well you and everyone on your team practice them. Encouraging their use just might smooth some ruffled feathers or diffuse a tense situation.
1. SPEAK TO PEOPLE There is nothing like a cheerful word of greeting. To really connect, look them in the eye as you speak.
2. SMILE AT PEOPLE It takes 72 muscles to frown, only 14 to smile. They can hear the difference in your voice – even over the phone.
3. CALL PEOPLE BY NAME <-- This is a Must for Me.
The sweetest music to anyone's ear is the sound of his/her own name. Be sure you say it correctly. Say it often.
4. BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL <-- I know it's hard sometimes but you have to do it.
To have friends and build relationships, be a friend first.
5. BE GENUINELY INTERESTED IN PEOPLE <-- You can do it, just give it a try.
You can like almost everybody if you try. They don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. Be sure they know how much you care.
6. BE GENEROUS WITH PRAISE Praise publicly, correct privately. Everyone wins this way.
7. BE CONSIDERATE of the feelings of others. There are usually three sides to a controversy: yours, the other person's, and the right side. Keep ego and emotions in check.
8. HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR Don't take yourself too seriously. When you add lots of patience, and humility, you will have a recipe for enduring success.
Do you think these are soft skills you can brush aside as non-critical? Think again. In this Conceptual Age, a deeper understanding of the subtleties of human interactions becomes not only important but imperative.
Remember Be Alert, Be A Leader

Skybridge....
During last economic stimulus package plan announced by our PM and also the Finance Minister, he did mentioned about the allocation of RM100M to construct pedestrian walkaways or skybridges in Kuala Lumpur area....It created debates on the issue..
Until now, we are yet to see anything being materialised ..
Public transports: [rails] in particular are become popular and popular...I'm sure that all of us are still remember the day that our former PM, Pak Lah personally 'tried' to travel via KTM komuter from Serdang station to KL...all of us still remember his remarks, comments, opinions, etc. Whatever it is, have we seen any development happened into our rail system..? [we really hope the newly extended rail line from Sentul to Batu Caves will be completed soon..We put 100% trust on them].
The main issue that I'm trying to expose here is the accessibility of the stations by the people around the station areas...
Let me start with 2 KTM stations: Salak Selatan and Serdang.
People who are staying in Bandar Sri Permaisuri should be given an easy access to the station as what is being offered by the LRT..It is so inconvenience for them to walk from Bandar Sri Permaisuri to the KTM komuter..The have to pass by the old town of Salak South..It'is a nightmare experience after the day time...Come and have a look how scary the journey is,[after 9pm...]
The Serdang station is not accessable to people who live on the other site of KL- Seremban highway.(opposite Sg Besi R & R station). A lot of potential users live there (most of them really in need for this type of public transport). Why don't the authority construct a skybridge crossing the Besraya and KL-Seremban Highway onto the Serdang KTM station...
One more place: Sri Petaling skybridge crossing the Kesas Highway to the Bkt Jalil LRT station... Make the station accessible to Sri Petaling folks too[they live on the other site of Bkt Jalil station]...the distance is just around 500 - 800meters..or just 1.5 of a par 5 in a golf course...But if you ask John Dally to hit the ball, I think he can make it.....
** Next Stations : Abdullah Hukum LRT, Bandar Tasek Selatan Intergated Public Transport Hub....

John C Maxwell talks on Leadership
Leadership is a good mix between art and science. One of the first steps you need to take to become a leader is to work on improving yourself. The good thing is that a lot of information is available to work on ourselves and be the leaders we want to be. These are the qualities a leader should have according to John Maxwell in his book the 21 Indispensable Qualities of A Leader.
1. Character
2. Charisma
3. Commitment
4. Communication
5. Competence
6. Courage
7. Discernment
8. Focus
9. Generosity
10. Initiative
11. Listening
12. Passion
13. Positive attitude
14. Problem solving
15. Relationships
16. Responsibility
17. Security
18. Self-discipline
19. Servanthood
20. Teachability
21. Vision
What do you think? Is there anything here you don’t find? Is there any other quality you think a leader should have? Would you change one of the 21 presented here for any other? In the famous “The Leadership Challenge” Kouzes and Posner also add HONESTY as one of the most important traits or qualities that a leader should have. What’s your call?
Always reflect on the things you learn, be mindful. Be Aware, Be Alert, Be A Leader

pH Miracle by Dr. Robert O. Young , Ph.D.
He is a American microbiologist and nutritionist who has sending shockwaves throughout the scientific world. One of his popular book called 'The pH Miracle : Balance Your Diet, Reclaim Your Health'. His scientific findings have led him to a philosophy to be known as 'The New Biology'.
[Old biology is said to be based on the work of Louis Pasteur in late 1800s.. It says that disease comes from outside germs which invade human's body from outside].
While in the new biology , the believe is that only one sicknes and one disease.. The sickness come from over-acidification of the human's body - it is resulted from the way of live, thinking and eating habbits.
The micro-organism (yeast and fungi) become over-grown in the acidic environment. It then produce the poisons then lead to the symptomologies which is called as 'disease' in the medical science.
Dr Young said that they's only one disease... therefore it is only on remedy and treatment...How ?.. Alkalise our body and break the cycle of imbalance... It will allows us to experience the energy, vitality and true health.
It is important for human to maintain our pH at 7.36....
Take one simple example- if we throw seeds on a clean floor, they will not produce any roots and they will not going to grow either...But, what happen if we throw them in a dirty muddy field..with the nutrients they need..sooner or later, they will grow !!!...
Dr Young found that if the human's body is in a healthy alkaline balance, toxic micro-organisms are unable to survive. They are living in an accidic environment.
[start to think about it...start to achieve the pH of 7.36..]
Alkalinity maintains our inner elecro-magnetic conductivity...
...to be continued soon....
